Shipping & Returns
We are excited for you to receive your parcel!
For domestic orders within Singapore, we strive to deliver your parcels between 3-5 business days. If you need to receive your order sooner, do drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We provide free shipping for domestic orders above S$80. For orders below S$80, a flat S$5 shipping fee will apply.
For shipping to other worldwide destinations
Please email us at email@example.com for more details and cost of shipping, prior to purchase.
International delivery option will be calculated based on the weight of the products. Depending on the shipment destination, it may take 4-12 weeks for your parcel to reach you.
Defective or Damaged Product
Although we make great effort to carefully check each item for faults before sending them out to you, it is possible that we may have missed something. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. Please advise us ASAP upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange. We will assess all requests on a case by case basis.
Upon review, we may offer an exchange within 7 days of being received by you.
In the case of an exchange, please note that all extra postage costs incurred are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs incurred. Once this is received by us and accepted as faulty, the replacement will be posted immediately.
In the case where a replacement is not available, we will refund the value of your item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred in the form of store credits.
If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns & exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted.
Our promise to replace the item or provide a refund does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect, misuse or shipping transit. If the items display signs of normal wear and tear, we will not be able to provide an exchange.
Depending on circumstances, the final decision to replace or refund for the product will be at our sole discretion.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for all items on sale.
Refunds for products due to incorrect inventory levels and/or due to stringent product checks prior to shipping
While every effort is made to ensure that our product inventory levels are accurate and up to date, there may be instances when faults/defects are discovered prior to shipping or inventory levels are incorrect due to human error.
In such exceptional cases, we reserve the right to refund the item's purchase price to the customer via PayNow.
For customers who do not have PayNow, the refund will be made in the form of store credits to be used for the next purchase.
